Brunswick is a boutique sports management firm operating at the intersection of finance, content, community, and concierge. Founded by Julian Aiken in 2024, we manage 30+ professional athletes across the NFL, NBA, and MLB.

How it started
Julian Aiken, Founder

It started around the game. Then I learned the business of it.

"Access without intention is just a story to tell at a party. Access with intention is an education you can't buy."

Julian grew up around the NBA. His uncle played seven years in the league: which meant Julian spent his formative years in locker rooms, on planes, and at practices. He saw the game at its highest level long before he understood the business behind it.

Julian came to sports management from a career in technology: bringing an operator's discipline to an industry that rarely sees it. He built the infrastructure first and grew from there. In 2017, one yes turned into six clients. Today Brunswick manages 30+ athletes across the NFL, NBA, and MLB.
